Tapping isn't a distraction technique or as woo-woo as it sounds - it's rooted in neuroscience and allows us to acknowledge our issues while desensitising ourselves to the emotional response. 


This creates new neural pathways and allows us to be free from being triggered by what would normally send us into fight or flight. 

This then brings us closer to the clarity and balance we are aiming for.
